The Warranty does not cover: failure of or damage to Parts due to misuse , neglect, accident, improper installation, or repair, alteration or modification not performed by authorized personnel, excessive physical or electrical stress, or operation under abnormal or improper environmental conditions or the like. If the package is damaged or faults occur on the product during shipping, you have the right to complain in the same day the package was received. Complaints made after will not be taken in consideration. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you may return unused, undamaged products with unbroken box/seal/technical sealing.
